Planned system outage and account security upgrade
As part of our separation from NAB, we’re now moving all MLC Superannuation functionality and data into our own Insignia Financial business environment. This transition will enable us to better service and support you and your clients into the future.
While we undergo this transition, we’re also uplifting account security and authentication processes for our secure client and adviser websites, which may require some actions from you and your clients.
There are some important actions for some advisers and some clients to complete in preparation for the security upgrade. It is critical that you action these as outlined in an email we sent you on 18 September 2024 – and the reminder email on 15 October 2024, to avoid having to re-register for account access.
The account security upgrade will take effect from Tuesday 26 November 2024 – after the planned system outage that begins on Friday 22 November 2024.
