IOOF Holdings Ltd ABN 49 100 103 722 has changed its name to Insignia Financial Ltd ABN 49 100 103 722 effective 10 December 2021.
From 10 December 2021, all references in product disclosure statements, financial services guides and incorporated by reference documents to ‘IOOF Holdings Limited’ should be read as ‘Insignia Financial Ltd’ and all references to ‘IOOF Group’ should be read as ‘Insignia Financial Group’.
This change does not impact your arrangement or investment.
