Changes to MLC Property Securities Fund

Previously we used active investment managers to achieve this investment option’s objective of outperforming the S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT Total Return Index, before fees, over 5 year periods. From 1 October 2021, we may use a mix of active, passive and other investment management approaches to achieve this objective. As a result, there will be a reduction in fees as follows.

* Due to the new disclosure requirements from ASIC, the investment fee won’t be shown separately in the Product Disclosure Statement or supporting documents for MLC MasterKey super and pension products. It will be shown as part of the ‘investment fees and costs’.
