Choose from two types of nomination
Binding nomination
A non-lapsing binding nomination is binding on the Trustee and will ensure your super, pension and/or insurance benefit is paid as directed, as long as the nomination is and remains valid. This nomination stands even when personal circumstances change, such as getting married, having children, or any other life-changing event occurs. It’s crucial to regularly review your nomination to make sure it reflects current personal circumstances.
- This nomination will remain in place until you provide a new nomination.
- Requires two witness signatures.
To make a binding nomination, complete the form below and mail it back to us.
Non-binding nomination
A non-binding nomination means the Trustee decides who receives your super, pension and/or insurance benefit, taking into consideration your preferred beneficiaries and circumstances.
