The tool dashboard has six different tiles that cover different aspects of your finances:

• Home – add in home, investment or rental details and the tool will generate a property snapshot for you
• Family – add in your family details and the tool will generate a family tree and work it into your projections  
• Goals – add in your personal and financial goals and see if you’re on track to achieving them
• Cashflow – add in your income and expenses and the tool will create a budget and calculate your cashflow
• Balance sheet – this section brings together your assets, liabilities, property and super and calculates your net worth
• Protection – add in any current insurance you have to help see if you have the right amount of cover

You’ll also have access to your own Money View Report that takes the information from your dashboard and creates a wealth summary. The Report will provide a view of your current financial position, a projection of your future and some tips to ensure you’re on track to achieving your goals.

No, there is no cost for using MLC Money View - whether you are an MLC Member or not. We are delivering this tool to Australians at no extra cost to help build financial confidence.

Yes, MLC Money View is separate to your MLC Online account.

You can feel confident that your information will remain secure as MLC Money View encrypts user data to protect you and your details. Your information will be held in a secure database and the MLC Money View tool is subject to ongoing testing to make sure it remains safe. You’ll also be required to use two-factor authentication to log in to your account for an added layer of security.
