Super disclosure and governance

Subject to the receipt of ASIC approval, it is intended that KPMG (ABN 51 194 660 183) will resign as auditor of:
- the financial statements and compliance plans for all the managed investment schemes for which MLC Investments Limited, Navigator Australia Limited, IOOF Investment Services Ltd or OnePath Funds Management Limited acts as responsible entity or trustee; and
- the financial statements for:
a. AvWrap Retirement Service superannuation fund and IOOF Portfolio Service Superannuation Fund for which I.O.O.F. Investment Management Limited acts as the trustee;
b. Oasis Superannuation Master Trust superannuation fund for which Oasis Fund Management Limited acts as the trustee;
c. Retirement Portfolio Service superannuation fund for which OnePath Custodians Pty Limited acts as the trustee; and
d. MLC Super Fund for which NULIS Nominees (Australia) Limited acts as the trustee.
Following the resignation Ernst & Young (ABN 75 288 172 749) of 8 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 will be appointed as the new auditor.
Ernst & Young was selected following a competitive tender process and based on the strength of its proposal, capabilities and industry experience.
